The answer: We got tired of giving $15,000-$80,000 every year to our brokers who offered either "not much" or tools and training that we didn't want or need. Our time was getting wasted in "training's", social events, "award meetings" and interruptions from other agents in the office.
We felt like we’d been over-sold by “Big Box” brokers that kept telling us we need them and their brand, but why? Selling real estate is simple.
The real estate industry has changed dramatically over the past decade. With today's technological advances through the Internet, smart-phones, cloud based systems, etc, you no longer need to subsidize the high costs of a big infrastructure/brokerage and we wanted more: More for our money. More cost savings. More sources of income. More knowledge and training. Better tools and service.
So… we teamed up with the best people and technology in the industry and created Altitude Realty Group.

Selling real estate is about prospecting, marketing, presenting, negotiating & closing. With so many distractions and “fluff” offered by other brokers, we found that most of our work day was being spent on time-wasting activities, or things that directly benefited the brokers but didn't do anything to increase our business.
